The project “Legends of the Wild West: Cowboys and Their Horses” explores the personalities of cowboys and their horses through unique visual representations in films, games, and TV series. The design is based on the format of a late 19th-century newspaper, as newspapers were the primary source of information at the time.
The research is divided into four newspapers, each representing different character types of cowboys and their horses — the Jokers (pink), the Villains (black and white), the Independents (blue), and the Kind-hearted (yellow).
